At Eddie's Hang-Up Display, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy on most display items and retail supplies.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and packed securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the RMA number clearly to the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated returns department.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
